1. Who we are

ichibitchic.com ("ichibitchic", "we", "us") provides a collection of small AI tools ("micro-apps") that you can use for free in your browser, or purchase as standalone downloads. You can contact us at hi@ichibitchic.com.

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) — how your keys and data are handled

Our tools are "client-side": the work happens in your own web browser. To use a tool beyond its free trials, you add your own API key from an AI provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Replicate).

• Local storage only. Your API key is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It stays on your machine.
• Direct connection. When you generate content, your browser talks directly to the AI provider's encrypted endpoint. Your key and prompts do not pass through any ichibitchic server.
• No retention by us. We do not own or operate a backend that harvests, views, logs, or stores your API keys, prompts, or generated results.
• You can remove it anytime. Use the "Remove key" option in a tool, or clear your browser storage, and the key is gone from your device.

3. Information we do collect

Because there are no user accounts, we collect very little. We may collect limited, non-identifying analytics (such as page views and general traffic data) to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and advertising

ichibitchic.com may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. We may also display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You may also manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. Third-party services

When you use our tools or buy a product, you interact with third parties who have their own privacy policies:

• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Replicate) — your prompts and key are sent directly to the provider you choose. Please review their privacy terms.
• Gumroad — if you buy a standalone tool, the purchase and payment are handled by Gumroad under their privacy policy.
• Google — analytics and advertising, as described above.

6. Data security

Because we do not store your keys or generated content, there is no central database of that information to breach. Connections to AI providers use encrypted (HTTPS) endpoints. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but keeping data on your own device removes a major risk.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. Since ichibitchic does not hold your API keys, prompts, or accounts, most of this data never leaves your device and is under your direct control. For any request regarding limited analytics data, email hi@ichibitchic.com and we will respond.

8. Children

ichibitchic.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
